This original Venice Beach live/work loft captures the best of urban and oceanside living. Industrial elements like steel beams, compressed plywood and poured concrete are elevated by the open trial-level layout - complete with 20-foot ceiling and bi-fold windows that allow for natural light top pour in at all hours. Art takes center stage; a collection of artworks from local artits are laid out acrosseach room and along each stairway. A custom floor-to-ceiling bookcase was fabricated to separate the work and living areas, while a vintage leather boxing bag blurs the line between work and play.
